ONLINE SALES SPECIALIST

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF SALES and MARKETING

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Online Sales Specialist (OSS) plays an important role in providing product assistance and concerns to potential and existing clients. Work closely with product specialists to answer sales inquiries and after sales concerns. Organizes, completes, manages order creation and successful deliveries to clients. Establish good relationships with clients to increase buyer's loyalty and increase sales.

ONLINE PRODUCT SPECIALIST

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF SALES and MARKETING

DEPARTMENT: SALES and MARKETING

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Online Product Specialist (OPS) will be vital to the strategy, quality and management of products of the company. He/She must learn the features and ins/out of every incoming products. Coach OSS team on product features, how to operate and conduct initial troubleshooting. Organizes, completes, and manages product creation/upload on all online shops. Review product feedbacks and propose product improvements or ideas to Marketing department. Also, work closely with the company's supplier sales support team and ensure necessary skills and knowledge are documented and applied correctly by the OSS team.

TRAILER TRUCK DRIVERS

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF LOGISTICS

DEPARTMENT: LOGISTICS

JOB DESCRIPTION: Plan routes and meet the delivery schedule. Comply to traffic, truck driving rules and regulations, safety, and delivery policies. Perform vehicle maintenance checklist before and after duty.  Coordinate issues encountered during delivery to superior and ensure truck safety at all times. Must have a valid driver's license with approved restriction/DL code to drive a trailer truck.
